A) Information you provide to Pilar

  • Contact details of the responsible persons of the customer companies and the companies intended to maintain connections with us.

  • Recorded customer calls.
  • Any other user-supplied information we need for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

4. How long is user data retained?

Pilar Finland retains users’ personal data only for as long as they are needed for the purpose for which they were collected or for the maximum period permitted by law. The length of the personal data retention period, therefore, varies depending on the data. This also means that we may retain your personal information even if your contract with us has ended, but only as long as we have a reason to do so.

To provide Pilar’s Service
