๐ The Role ๐
As a Customer Success Manager for SEO clients, you will be the point person for our clients, guiding them through their SEO journey and ensuring their success.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
- Understanding each clientโs unique needs and business goals
- Developing and implementing tailored SEO strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing client account performance
- Proactively identifying opportunities and areas for improvement
- Providing regular updates and reports to clients
- Creating SEO optimized content with our tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
- Addressing and resolving client concerns in a timely manner

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about helping clients succeed
- Basic knowledgeable about SEO best practices (weโll teach you the rest)
- Proactive and able to identify opportunities for improvement
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in managing client relationships
- A problem solver with a positive attitude
๐ Qualifications ๐
- Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving client success
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using tools and apps
